This app aims towards organizing the daily engagements of the deputy commissioner and other administrative officers in an efficient manner.The account logins have been divided into two categories:1. Main User (eg- Deputy Commissioner)2. Sub User (eg- PA)- Multiple sub user accounts can be added under one main user who can manage the sub users.There are three main categories on the user dashboard:1. Add new engagement- Users can add title, date, time and description of the specific event.2. Show engagement- All the engagement entries made are shown in this section 3. Engagement diary- This section contains the engagements approved by the main user i.e. the final and planned events. Note- The engagements added by the main user are directly displayed in the “engagement diary” section whilst the engagements added by sub user are only added in the “engagement diary” section after they are approved.This app allows the scheduling and organization of various events including meetings, vc and many more in an efficient manner.
